I am very pleased to forward my new contact information at Patriot Bank, effective today.

The former Dallas middle market team at Guaranty Bank has taken the opportunity to move, as a team, to Patriot Bank. Our focus will be very similar – providing financing and depository services to North Texas-based companies up to $100 million in revenues, with borrowing needs of up to $20 million. Patriot is a very well-capitalized bank, and will be the 10th largest privately held bank in Texas (proforma for the acquisition of Texas Community Bank, expected to close this quarter) and poised to take advantage of the dislocation in the banking market in the coming months. If you know of any companies who are looking for a new banking relationship, or who would like to explore their current options, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
